The house has a genvex system (mechanical ventilation). The left-over warm air from the kitchen and bath/WC is being recycled into room- and water heating. This gives low heating costs and a healthy indoor climate. People in wheelchairs will find few barriers in this house. Free access to the swimming hall in Skærbæk.
